Rose has designed and built a custom machine specifically geared for balloon catheter dip molding design and manufacturing to simplify the assembly process. We control the dipping conditions to deposit multiple layers of material over one another and achieve the wall thickness of your part design. We can also design forming mandrels custom to your part and fabricate them in house to assist with rapid early development iteration and cost effective full-scale tooling.
