As medical manufacturers, Rose’s competitive advantage with catheter assembly and tip forming is our custom designed machines. We felt that the equipment available on the market did not give us the flexibility or control we needed to accomplish challenging catheter assembly and custom tip forming geometry, so we designed and built our own. The demand for the machines has grown rapidly and we now have 14 copies our RF energy tipping machines and 8 copies of our hot air tipping machines.
