Laser Welding

Rose Medical continues to add new capabilities to meet the needs of our customers. Laser welding is the most recent addition to that ever growing list! We have a Fiber laser that is capable of:

• Spot and seam welds using 4-axis CNC laser machine centers
• Micro welds as small as 0.002” diameter

• Large welds up to 0.025” diameter
• Deflectable catheter components
• Electrode and Battery welding
