Rose Medical was founded in 1998 as a tip forming machine building company. Over the last 25 years we have continued to grow our tip forming capabilities and build our technical expertise to allow us to help achieve any and all tipping needs of our customers. Our tipping capabilities include:
- Pencil tips, closed end tips, spiral tips, obturator geometries, long tapered tips, and more
- ODs ranging from 2Fr up to 0.750”
- Durometers ranging from 70A to 72D
- Materials including Pebax, Tecoflex, Pellethane, HDPE and LDPE, PVC, FEP, PTFE, and more
